To educate and drive adoption of the NextThere Application to ensure Sydney Trains station staff and train crew understand the benefits and key features, creating a desire to launch the app and use key features to support daily operations and provide real-time information for our customers.

WHAT WE DID
We believe the best approach was to develop and build upon the existing NextThere app videos created for Sydney Trains, and create a clearer, more dynamic execution. Presenting this important information in a salient way will have the best chance to strongly influence behaviour. Our treatment was a clear, simple, engaging and easily read animation with a voiceover artist to assure a clinical execution and clear communication.
Our successful rollout of the Fare Compliance campaign saw us develop an internal animated promotional campaign for the NextThere app in conjunction with Transport for NSW to educate and encourage adoption across Sydney Trains staff. The execution was multi-device, multi-platform captioned animation. We again understood the needs of the Transport NSW and Sydney Trains brand, delivering an informative and educational tool to drive the take-up of the app for station and train staff.
